The population that will travel by bus to vote in the second round of elections for governor of São Paulo and president of the Republic, on Sunday (30), will have a fleet of 6,858 buses circulating through the streets of the capital.
This fleet is equivalent to the total number of vehicles that circulate on Saturdays and represents about 2 thousand more units (41%) on the streets, compared to normal Sundays. The gratuity of the fee amount was not implemented by the city hall for the occasion.
“When using the Bilhete Único on Sundays, passengers are entitled to carry out up to four boardings in municipal vehicles in a period of up to eight hours, paying a single fare, provided that the last common credit recharge carried out on the card was in the amount of , at least R$ 17.60, which is equivalent to the value of four tariffs”, informed the city hall.
