After this result both teams were left with 15 points. The Morumbi team in 6th position and Coxa in 5th.

The team led by coach Rogério Ceni gave the impression that they would achieve victory with ease, as they opened the scoring after just three minutes of rolling, when Reinaldo crossed for Calleri to score with a cart to open the scoring.

However, Coritiba managed to equal the score in the 13th minute of the final stage when Alef Manga took advantage of the leftover ball after a free kick.

Tie in Castelão

Another match that ended in a 1-1 draw was the one between Fortaleza and Goiás at the Castelão stadium.

Tricolor do Pici opened the scoring in the 12th minute of the first half, with Yago Pikachu hitting goalkeeper Tadeu’s exit. But Esmeraldino managed to get equality in the 40th minute of the final stage with striker Pedro Raul.

After the result, Fortaleza remains in the bottom of the competition with six points. Goiás is 13th with 13 points.
