He cited the Asset Forfeiture Law, support for the Reform of the Public Procurement and Contracting System and the National Police, as well as assistance in improving the supervisory role of our Chamber of Accounts, as an independent supervision entity, a vital function for the integral and democratic societies.
By leading on behalf of President Luis Abinader, the farewell act of the charge d’affaires of the United States Embassy in the country, Robert Thomas, Minister Santos Echavarría, highlighted the work carried out by the diplomat in his almost three years in the country , as well as the achievements that together with the Government were reached for the well-being of both nations. Santos Echavarría wished Thomas the best of success in his new duties.
