The Town hall of Santiago and the Santiago Aqueduct and Sewer Corporation (Coraasan) yesterday began delivering the 13th salary to their collaborators, highlighting the joint investment of more than 129 million pesos as a sign of financial responsibility and work commitment.

On the part of the Town hallits owner Ulysses Rodriguez reported that 37,891,000 pesos were allocated to comply with this labor right, financed entirely with its own resources.
The payment benefits employees in key areas such as Cleaning and Toilet Urban, Municipal Public Works, Cemeteries and other essential departments, as well as pensioners.
Meanwhile, Coraasan disbursed more than 92 million pesos in an act headed by the general director, Andrew Burgos, held in the lobby of the main office.
Burgos thanked the collaborators for their efforts during 2024, highlighting that, for the first time in the history of the institution, a budget based on income real, allowing better financial planning.
“We are sincere about our budget according to collected and contributions from the central government, which has allowed us to manage resources more efficiently,” explained Burgos, who also encouraged employees to enjoy Christmas as a family, with prudence and unity.
