Santa Cruz was the department that this Sunday registered the most positive cases of Covid-19 (107 cases) in the entire country. out of a total of 276 new infections reported in the national territory, 107 were in the department of Santa Cruz, according to the report issued by the National Directorate of Epidemiology of the Ministry of Health and Sports.
The department of La Paz registered 65 new cases, while Cochabamba reported 62, Chuquisaca 37, Beni 3 and Oruro 2. Tarija, Potosí and Pando did not register coronavirus infections.
The report also indicates that no deaths were recorded during the day due to the coronavirus, but 459 patients who recovered and were discharged.
According to the massive diagnosis, during this day 4,422 tests were carried out and 4,146 were discarded.
