The cold will continue throughout the week and will not leave Santa Cruz residents a respite. The forecasts offered by eThe National Service of Meteorology and Hydrology (Senahmi) and the Information and Communication System of the Government of Santa Cruz (SIC Santa Cruz) agree in their assessment. Low temperatures will continue for another week and high temperatures will barely exceed 25 degrees in a couple of days.

In the Andrés Ibáñez province and the integrated north, a temperature range between 13 and 28 degrees Celsius, with winds from the north and gusts exceeding 50 kilometers per hour, especially on Thursday. Mostly cloudy skies with light to moderate rain are expected during Monday and Saturday.
In the Santa Cruz Valleys, a temperature range between 6 and 24 degrees Celsius is expected, with winds from the north and gusts of up to 40 kilometers per hour on Thursday. Skies will be mostly cloudy with light to moderate rain throughout the week.
In the Cordillera, temperatures will range between 8 and 30 degrees Celsius, with winds from the north and gusts of up to 80 kilometers per hour on Thursday. Mostly cloudy skies are expected, except during the middle of the week, with light to moderate rain on Monday and Saturday.
In Chiquitania, temperatures between 12 and 33 degrees Celsius are expected, with wind gusts of up to 50 kilometers per hour on Thursday. Partly cloudy skies and light rain are forecast on Saturday.
The forecast indicates that at least until May 25, temperatures will not exceed 30 degrees Celsius in any region of the department.
