“Given the communication made to the Public Ministry yesterday afternoon by an official from the Subdirectorate of Civil Aviation Security, Dinac, in which he informs of different actions carried out in the framework of the operation of cargo flight YV3531, the Prosecutor General of the State, Sandra Quiñonez, ordered the opening of an investigation in order to investigate the events that occurred and determine the conduct that could have criminal relevance, ”says the post.
CONTEXT
It is a flight with a crew of 18 people of Iranian and Venezuelan nationalities that arrived in our country to carry a shipment of 7,000 packs of cigarettes from the tobacco company Tabesa de Horacio Cartes, former president of the Republic.
After leaving the country, the plane had problems landing in other countries on the continent after an alarm generated by the United States, due to alleged links with terrorist groups with part of the crew.
Finally, in mid-June, the plane landed at the Ezeiza airport in Buenos Aires, Argentina and was delayed by police authorities.
