San Pedro de Macorís authorities help families affected by fire

The authorities of San Pedro de Macoris came this Saturday to the aid of the four families who lost their homes with all their trousseau, as a result of a fire and remaining out in the open in a fact registered in the Ortiz Alleyfrom this city.

Governor Aracelis Villanueva and Mayor Raymundo Ortíz gave the families mattresses, sheets, mosquito nets, block, wood, zinc and food rations, who assured that this is the interest of the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, that the helping hand government reaches those most in need.

Those affected are Manuel Carrasco, Imailin Paulino Peña, Miguel Berroa, and Chaneiry Morey, who through the president of the neighborhood association Radhames Fulgencio, thanked the authorities who quickly came to their aid.

“Thanks to Mr. President Luis Abinader, Governor Aracelis Villanueva and Mayor Raymundo Ortiz, for coming to help in difficult times when it is most needed.
