SAT explains what the subscriptions will be like
The SAT reported that Grupo Salinas’ payment, for a total of 32,132,897,658 pesos, will be made in accordance with the benefits of the Federal Tax Code and the applicable judicial resolutions.
Of that figure, 10,400,630,537 pesos have already been deposited in the Federation Treasury, while the remaining balance will be covered in 18 scheduled payments.
With this scheme, the SAT ensures that the debt will be settled in an orderly manner and in accordance with the law, formally closing the tax litigation.
They assure that they never stopped paying
Salinas Group assured that, in the last 20 years, its companies have complied with their tax obligationspaying more than 300 billion pesos.
The company noted that this additional payment seeks to close the litigation chapter and allow its operations to focus on customer service and support for families who depend on the group.
The statement also highlights the company’s commitment to compliance with the law and the stability of its operations in Mexico.
