Saleswoman allegedly stole a million pesos from the company where she worked

Vendedora habría robado un millón de pesos a empresa donde trabajaba

Agents of the Preventive Police of the Department of Gurabo, Santiago, in collaboration with the Investigation Subdirectorate (DICRIM), arrested a woman accused of stealing one million pesos worth of parts from a company in La Vega.

It is about Darlyn Espinal Gomez, 34 years old, resident in GuraboSantiago, under arrest warrant No. 2024-AJ0018491, for alleged violation of articles 379 and 386 of the Dominican Penal Code.

Espinal Gómez, an employee of an importing company, is accused of stealing a million pesos (RD$1,000,000) in pieces, according to the complaint by the company’s legal representative and resident in La Vega.

The accusedwho worked as a saleswoman, will be brought before the courts in the next few hours.

The authorities Investigations continue to clarify the details of the case and recover the stolen goods.
