It would be the ideal place for the presidential library to be.”

Stephanie Torres, representative of the organization also intervened at the event Free initiativewho said that the proposal coincides with the priorities of the Latin community. “This dignity project not only reflects almost 80% of Latinos in the United States who voted for having a safe border and had a process for those who are undocumented in this country,” he said.

The young woman said that “this dignity project is not asylum (…) or amnesty”, but “gives people an opportunity to achieve that American dream (…) and to build almost 50,000 million dollars in the United States economy.”

Commissioner Fabio Andrade, presented as “one of the leaders of the Colombian community” in Miami, called on elected officials to support the initiative. “The most important thing (…) is to thank the congresswoman [María Elvira Salazar] Because he is doing his job, he has done it and will continue to do it, ”he said.
