Salary increase: there will be a final adjustment of 8% in February

Meanwhile, the minimum wage will go from 15,860 to 16,993 pesos in the microenterprises with this increase.

The size of each company is determined according to the following criteria:

    • Large company: has 151 or more workers, or registers annual gross sales of more than 202 million pesos

    • Medium business: It employs between 51 and 150 workers and generates annual gross sales from 54 million pesos plus one to 202 million pesos.

    • Small business: It has 11 to 50 workers and records annual gross sales from 8 million plus one and up to 54 million pesos.

    • Microenterprise: It employs a maximum of 10 workers and has annual gross sales of up to 8 million pesos.

  • Watchers in security companies

    The Resolution CNS-01-2025 issued by the Ministry of Labor also contemplates salary increases in specific sectors, such as private guardian companies.

    By February 2026, the watchmen who work in these companies must earn 24,633 pesos1,642.20 greater than the 22,990.80 pesos to which the minimum wage was taken on April 1.
