Saime opens two offices in Caracas to improve citizen service

The Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Immigration (Saime) announced the opening of two new offices in the capital city, as part of its expansion plan and improvement in citizen service.

Through its official Instagram account, the organization reported that the new headquarters will be located on the boulevard level of the Plaza Las Américas II Shopping Center, in El Cafetal, and at the Caracas Outlet, in Boleíta.

These offices will allow users to carry out procedures such as requesting and renewing their identity card, managing passports and updating personal data.

Furthermore, within the framework of its modernization process, Saime recently presented its new web portal, designed to facilitate access to online services. With this platform, citizens will be able to make requests and payments quickly and safely for procedures such as affiliation data, data certification and passports.

This set of initiatives seeks to optimize the user experience, reduce waiting times and strengthen the efficiency of the national identification system.
