The parliamentarians who voted for Manuel Merino does not assume any responsibility were: Rose Torres Y Maria Acuna Alliance for Progress (APP), Martha Moyano Y Hernando Guerra Garcia of Popular Force, Alexander Cavero of Avanza Country and Alexander Munante of People’s Renewal.

For its part, Waldemar Cerron Y Elizabeth Taipe of Free Peru, Paul Gutierrez Y Second Quiroz of the Magisterial Bloc, George Flowers of Popular Action and Edgar Reymundo Democratic Change voted in favor of reconsideration.
It was so Manuel Merino, Antero Flores Aráoz and Gastón Rodríguez they will not be investigated in Congress for the alleged crimes of homicide against Inti Sotelo and Bryan Pintado, in addition to crimes for serious injuries and minor injuries to the detriment of another 79 people.
