On the occasion of the 48th anniversary of the graduation from the Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez as Officer of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduroled the joint graduation act in the different categories of Technical Command, Troops and Pass to Active Reserve of the 1990 promotions of the military corps.
From the Court of Honor of the Bolivarian Military Academy of Venezuela, at Fuerte Tiuna in Caracas, a total of 1,015 officers: 726 patriotic and revolutionary men and 289 women, swore before the national tricolor, their loyalty and commitment to the Venezuelan Homeland and Bolivarian ideals promoted by Commander Hugo Chávez.
In this sense, the national president and Commander-in-Chief of the FANB, reported that the Venezuelan military training system is one of the highest on the continent, “these professionals have a high university level in Latin America and the Caribbean. From our 12 military academies, the best professionals are trained; they graduate proudly for their family and for the Homeland”.

In the same way, President Maduro affirmed that Venezuela has a FANB refounded for history by the Supreme Commander, who is always present in military acts “today you increasingly strengthen the life of the FANB, today with the graduation of the Bicentennial promotions of the Battle of Carabobo, Pichincha and Bomboná and the Naval Battle of Lake Maracaibo will be the tercentennial generation, feel proud to belong to the FANB of the liberators”.
During the act, President Nicolás Maduro was accompanied by the Sectoral Vice President of Sovereignty, Security and Peace, G/J Vladimir Padrino López; the Operational Strategic Commander of the FANB G/J Domingo Antonio Hernández Lárez; the Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Delcy Rodríguez and the first combatant Cilia Flores.
