A small drop of 0.07% is the variation of the price of the basic basket in the city of São Paulo, according to Procon-SP research in an agreement with the Intersindical Department of Statistics and Socioeconomic Studies (Dieese). The variation, in practice, kept prices stable compared to February.
The average price of the basic basket for the paulistanos in February was R $ 1,366.50. In March, the value fell to R $ 1,365.51.
Variation
The price of the basic basket of Paulistano has suffered successive highs since last September (0.07%). In October, the variation was 1.15%; In December, 1.83%; In January, 1.84% and in February, 1.14%.
In the last 12 months, the increase was 9.45%.
The survey also pointed out that food and cleaning groups fell 0.09% and 1.47% in March. Personal hygiene products rose 1%.
