During his tour of Tapachula, Governor Rutilio Escandón Cadenas symbolically laid the first stone of the Humanized Childbirth Care Clinic and supervised the progress of this infrastructure, which seeks to provide a safe and dignified space for users from Chiapas and migrants who require the follow-up of a low-risk pregnancy, as well as delivery and newborn care.
