Russia considers “alarming” information about a possible total blockade of Cuba by the US

The Kremlin considered “alarming” the information about a possible total blockade of Cuba by the United States in order to achieve regime change on the island.

“We have read a lot of information about it. It is alarming information,” Dmitri Peskov, presidential spokesman, commented to the local press on Monday.

The US would be considering a total oil blockade of Cuba in 2026, according to Politico

At the same time, he added: “We know that our Cuban comrades are totally determined to defend their interests, defend their independence.”

“We also highly value our bilateral relations with Cuba,” he noted.
