The program covers both rural credit debts and those of the National Program for Strengthening Family Farming (Pronaf), as well as debts registered in the Union’s active debt and installation credits of the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (Incra).
The biggest discounts, which reach 96% of the total debt, benefit precisely the settlers of land reform and quilombola farmers who accessed some modality of the installation credit, between May 27, 2014 and June 29, 2022.
