Federal magistrates pointed out that the population must be aware that until last year “justice was in the hands of knowledgeable, honest and ethical people, and that the cases of exception (when some imparter of justice incurred illegalities) had to have been investigated. From now on, this Republic, this rule of law, this democracy, and judicial independence, has concluded. ”
