Royal Pari prevailed in a key match in their fight to get into the international cups and at the same time move away from the lower zone of relegation. The gap is short, and Tomayapo is a direct rival. Great game due to the efficiency that the Santa Cruz squad showed against a Tomayapo that was diminished since the expulsion of Azogue.

The first half went from more to less. It began with great intensity on the part of both teams, but little by little the inaccuracies, the game was interrupted and infractionss turned the party into a very monotonous one.

At 22′ Pedro Azogue, a Tomayapo player, arrived late at a crossroads and applied an iron on Mijail Avilés. The VAR called for a review and expelled the national midfielder. The visit was left with one less man.

At 37′ Royal Pari opened the scoring with a distant shot from Anrés Moreno. The real estate player received from outside the area, and took a bomb that deflected and ended up getting next to the rival goalkeeper’s left post. Great shot for 1-0.

The second half began, and almost immediately Royal Pari took center stage in the match. At 50′ it was 2-0, the work of Bruno Miranda. The scorer received alone and only had to push the ball. Before the ball came out into the void, which was used by Joel Amoroso, so that he overflows and assists Miranda.

The local team continued to stretch the advantage in the final minutes of the game. Joel Amoroso was brought down in the area by Padilla at 76′. A penalty was immediately sanctioned, and Amoroso himself made it 3-0 with a violent shot.

The match ended with the victory of Santa Cruz, leaving Royal Pari as second in the group, only behind Bolívar. Both with 9 units, but due to goal difference, La Paz continues on top.

Tomayapo must continue in the search for his first cup victory, since in four games he could only draw two draws. The team from Tarija does not have a good time in the series/group tournament.

Royal Pari will now look for another three units, but for the League and against Bolívar. That meeting will be this Sunday, starting at 3:00 p.m. Then they will have Bolivian Cup action again on Thursday, against Oriente Petrolero at Tachuichi.

Tomayapo will also have a league and cup match later. The first will be against Real Santa Cruz on Santa Cruz soil, this Monday starting at 3:00 p.m. While for the Cup they will receive Bolívar on Thursday, July 20 at the IV Centenary.
