The leaders of Royal Pari, President Mario Chávez and his brother Pablo Chávez, general secretary, initiated a public criminal action for the crimes of ideological and material falsehood and use of a forged instrument against the president of the Aurora club Jaime Corneo, the general secretary Mirko Cornejo and Diego Hernán Montaño Moizan, a player who according to the real estate club plays under the name of his deceased brother Gabriel Montaño Moizan.
Royal Pari’s lawyers, Víctor Hugo Pérez, Sergio Romero and Fabricio Franzhek, offered a press conference in Santa Cruz this Wednesday afternoon, announcing the lawsuit, which was presented to the Departmental Prosecutor’s Office of Cochabamba, for reasons of jurisdiction.
“We have requested that a tax request be sent within the investigations to Segip, so that Segip sends the cardex file and a copy of the biometric record of citizens Gabriel Montaño Moizan and Diego Hernán Montaño Moizan. Second, we have requested within the investigations that the Sereci send a legalized copy of the birth certificate of the citizens Gabriel Montaño Moizan and Diego Hernán Montaño Moizan and a legalized copy of the registration in the biometric electoral registry, as well as the electoral address,” he said. lawyer Romero.

Other documents requested by Royal Pari are the military service records of the Montaño brothers, high school diplomas, the Unique Student Records and a legalized copy of Gabriel Montaño’s registration made in 2018, which must be provided by the Competitions Directorate of the FBF.
This lawsuit is different from the sports complaint that Royal Pari made before the Sports Disciplinary Court of the Bolivian Football Federation (FBF), classified as identity theft.
“It is well enabled, but with false data, which does not match the identity. The one who should be playing in the national championship is not Gabriel, but Diego, he is the real one, he has supplanted his brother to be a minority,” Pérez said.
“We are going to make a public call to the FBF Ethics Tribunal to act ex officio against this bad leader (referring to Jaime Cornejo), a person who is part of the Executive Committee (of the FBF) who cannot serve as president ( of Aurora) and even less give insults against the leadership of Santa Cruz,” said Franzhek.
