National Directorate of Firefighters reported that around 07:00 hours on Tuesday they received the record of a widespread fire in a warehouse of the company Laboratorios Rosenbusch SA, located at Route No. 8 Km 28,500, in Pando, Canelones.
Consulted by Grupo R Multimedia, the Chief of Press and Public Relations of the Fire Department reported that the fire is under control. Regarding the premises of approximately 600m2, in which veterinary products and machinery were stored, he stated that he was totally affected.
In the place, the work continues in the hands of crews from the Pando, Maroñas and Casavalle detachments, due to the fact that there is still temperature and smoke.
The fire was detected by a company security officer, who, after seeing smoke coming out of the aforementioned warehouse, alerted 911.
