Also, the Panamanian Rubén Blades and the Brazilian group Boca Livre, who won the award for Best Latin Album for his work “Pasieros”. This is the 11th Grammy that the legendary Panamanian singer-songwriter has won in his career, which includes best tropical album and best tropical jazz album. Blades competed in his category with Christina Aguilera, Camilo, Fonseca and Sebastián Yatra.
On the other hand, the Spanish Rosalía won the award for best rock album or alternative music by “Motomami”. Along with the artist, born in Sant Cugat del Vallès, groups and singers such as Cimafunk, Jorge Drexler, Mon Laferte, Gaby Moreno and Fito Paez were nominated.
In the same way the Best regional Mexican music album went to Natalia Lafourcade for his album “A song for Mexico”.
