The Ministry of Health (Minsa) reported that, starting this Wednesday, the WhatsApp option assigned to the virtual assistant/chatbotROSA is suspended.
The service through the ROSA (Automatic Health Operational Response) platform will continue on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter Messenger and Telegram.
This technological platform has offered citizens during the pandemic caused by Covid-19 direct, fast and no-wait communication through WhatsApp and other social platforms/networks, for easy registration for medical attention, results and not requiring go anywhere to receive care.
