Journalist Marina Machado welcomes presenter and singer Ronnie Von at No Censorship this Monday (27), in the TV Brazil. The beginning of his musical career in Rio de Janeiro, his experience as an actor and his debut as a presenter in the 60s are some of the topics of conversation. The professional trajectory, personal life and marriage with Maria Cristina Rangel, Kika Von, are also topics of the chat.
Ronaldo Nogueira, better known as Ronnie Von, was born in 1944 in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro. He entered the Air Cadet Preparatory School of the Brazilian Air Force at age 15. A biologist by training, he started his musical career almost by chance singing with the Brazilian Bitles group, at Beco das Garrafas, in Rio. In 1965, he made his TV debut on the show Brazilian Bitles Club, on the former TV Excelsior, in Rio. In São Paulo, he participated in the program Rayol Show Cutfrom TV Record and became a great success.
Invited by João Araújo, in 1966 he recorded an album with the song Honeyown version, in Portuguese, of the song girl, by John Lennon and Paul McCartney. In the same year, he won his own program, the Ronnie Von’s Little World, in which great names of national music performed. The following year, she recorded her biggest hit, the song The square, by Charles Imperial. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, he released psychedelic rock records such as the flying machine.
Participated in soap operas The Girl on the Blue Sailboat, Cinderella 77, Love is Ours and the cat ateand has been in movies like Janaina – The Forbidden Virgin, Los Taxistas del Humor and The Daughter of the Trapalhões. In 1992, she published the book Tie mother and, in 1999, a program of the same name premiered on CNT/Gazeta. In 2004, also on TV Gazeta, he directed the program All yours, in which he worked for 15 years. Ronnie Von is currently on the air with the show Beyond Wineon the Sabor e Arte channel of Grupo Bandeirantes.
