At the Cambio Democrático headquarters and before dozens of supporters, Rómulo Roux made official his candidacy as Presidential Pre-Candidate for the primaries of this political group that will take place next Sunday, July 9.
“We have already been in contact with many people from different currents who believe that Cambio Democrático should lead a great movement in 2024 to change the course of the country, this is not a political movement, this is not a project to deliver a party to give it away, this is a project that believes in the need to do things differently, to do things well and we have shown it, the country needs us,” Roux told the media.
It is expected that for the Cambio Democrático primary elections on July 9, Roux will compete with former Congressman Olmedo Guillén and current Congresswoman Yanibel Ábrego, who is in a strong fight for control of the party with Rómulo Roux.
“We have a job at the national level, a job that is paying off, which on March 19 made us send that message that we are facing a party that wants to do things differently, a renewed party and a party that believes that here is not there is room for the one that there is for me and the robbery but he did, “said Roux.
