The nationalist militant Romina Celeste Papasso Oliver will face this Thursday to justice after spitting on a municipal official in the act that took place in the Municipality of Montevideo in the presence of the President of Brazil, Luíz Inácio Lula da Silva.
In a video filmed by people present in the place, Romina is seen yelling “delinquent” at Lula and then it is seen how she spits at a person who was in the place, who was a municipal official.
After that episode, the police officers who were on the scene arrested her. The militant herself was in a car with two National Party flags.
Prosecutor Rodrigo Morosoli will analyze the situation this Thursday and see if he formalizes the militant for the spit.
Romina Celeste is a trans woman who was a member of the leader Javier Radiccioni and defines herself as an “anti-communist”.
According to Radiccioni, Romina Celeste broke ties with her group and formed her own group in recent weeks, called Together for the People.
