Román Portugal: ‘The process of collecting signatures for those of free application is quite expensive’

The pre-candidate for deputy for the 8-4 circuit for free application, Román Portugal, stated that the process of collecting signatures for candidates for elected positions through free application is quite expensive, since it requires the purchase of cell phones, the purchase of an application for each mobile, including data.

He recalled that many of the independent pre-candidates do not have the economic power to cover all the expenses. In turn, he revealed that the application that each cell phone must carry has a cost of $35.00.

He stated that the Electoral Court should give each pre-candidate to choose which would be the options they prefer for a better collection of signatures.
