The Deputy Minister of Labor and Labor Development, Roger Tejada, analyzed the current situation of unemployment and the generation of job openings in the country, asserting that there is mobility in the labor market and a positive economic recovery.

“In the midst of the pandemic we were reflecting 18%, in February 2021, we are now at 9.9%, which means that this mobility is positive,” he said.

Tejada mentioned the informal jobs sector, which has increased since the pandemic due to Covid-19, indicating that now the challenge is that those informal jobs that are in the order of 48.2% is to launch programs such as Window of Opportunities to treat to this population.
