The departmental prosecutor of Santa Cruz, Roger Mariaca Montenegrobecame the fourth Attorney General of the State appointed by the Legislative Assembly, effective as of the new Political Constitution of the State (CPE), He is the first Santa Cruz citizen to assume the highest position in the Public Ministry.
