The president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, led the day of street parliamentarianism that began this Friday in the El Valle parish in Caracas and that will be deployed in all the eastern circuits and communities of the country.

“This space was a vacant junkyard, which became what it is today thanks to the demands of the people,” Rodríguez recalled.

“This is an assembly so that the people see our faces face to face and can tell us without any type of mediation, directly, without any type of office, without any type of representation, but here directly, face to face with the people of this parish that I love so much, El Valle, can you tell us how we are advancing towards the construction of a future, towards the construction of a possible and necessary prosperity for the people.
