Rodríguez: 10 laws have been approved to strengthen the Judicial Revolution

With the approval on Tuesday of the reform to the justice system in the country, every day equity is closer to the Venezuelan people, thanks to the Judicial Revolution carried out by the National Assembly, and which has so far approved 10 laws that they seek “fair justice” for all, stressed the head of the Venezuelan Parliament, Jorge Rodríguez.

Through his account on the social network Twitter, Rodríguez specified: “With the reform of the law of the Justice system, we have reached the 10th law approved by the AN for the Judicial Revolution. Neither landlords nor robber bankers should try to distort equality before the law. Fair justice for everyone!

Likewise, in the message the head of Parliament posts a video in which he greets the “good people, people of Venezuela, people of faith, hope and future” and explains that this Tuesday was an “important session within the National Assembly, an Assembly that has approved in the period of 2021 and 2022 ten laws with the Judicial Revolution, within the framework of the call to the Council of State called by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

Rodríguez emphasizes, in the video, that “10 laws have been approved to bring justice closer to the people, so that the powerful, businessmen, those who intend to remove peasants from their lands, understand that in Venezuela there is a revolution and a system of strong justice, which protects the rights of all”.

With these laws, said the president of the AN, the constitutional principle of justice and equality of all before the law is sought.

Reform to the Law of the Justice System

The National Assembly (AN) unanimously approved on Tuesday and in first discussion, the Draft Law of Reform to the Organic Law of the Justice System.

Deputy Diosdado Cabello explained that this change in the law seeks to transform and correct the flaws that prevent justice from being applied effectively, and that the system regulates itself.

He stressed that this proposal is made in the spirit that the justice system begins to function, “so that there is justice, and not depending on individuals.”

Cabello asked all the deputies to join the debate “so that Venezuela has the best justice system to do justice and not for the interests of anyone.”

He acknowledged that “it is a flawed system,” which unfortunately has allowed “people to be run over by a mayor, using the police, following instructions from a businessman,” he said, recalling the case of illegal eviction of peasants in the municipality Zamorafrom Miranda state.
