Rodrigo Lara would be the vice-presidential formula of ‘Fico’ Gutiérrez

Preliminary versions indicate that the presidential candidate of the Team for Colombia, Federico Gutierrezwould appoint as vice-presidential formula for the elections in May Rodrigo Lara Sanchez.

This is the former mayor of Neiva and son of Rodrigo Lara Bonilla, Minister of Justice assassinated by the Medellín cartel in 1984.

Lara Sanchez is Surgeon with specialization in General Surgery. Much of her life has been dedicated to medical service in hospitals in Bogotá and Neiva. In 2010 she tried to get to the Senate through the Citizen Commitment list.
