So, the vitalology casein which the former mayor of Bucaramanga is investigated for alleged acts of corruption in the management of a garbage contract, will go to the high court.
Apparently, Hernández’s son signed an agreement to distribute commissions if contracts related to the El Carrasco landfill were awarded to the Vitalogic company.

At the hearing on July 21, the Prosecutor’s Office reported that the process could not continue. The Tenth Criminal Judge of the Bucaramanga Circuit confirmed that he was no longer competent to continue with said file.
It is expected, then, that once the case reaches the Supreme Court, the entity will open a formal investigation and resume the process at the point it was going.
