The Rivera Justice charged this Tuesday a man, 61 years old, and a woman, 48, as alleged responsible for the sexual exploitation of their two teenage sonsThe Department’s Police Headquarters said in a statement.
The parents of 13 and 15 year olds are investigated by repeated crimes of contribution of sexual exploitation of the minors, crime continued of domestic violence and a crime of omission of the duties inherent to parental authority in a real reiteration regime.
As a precautionary measure, the couple must remain in preventive detention for 120 days while the investigation is going on. In turn, the duties inherent to parental authority will be suspended for that period.
The prosecutor Alejandra Domínguezin charge of the case, will interrogate this Wednesday five other men, accused of committing the abuses. These people are neighbors of the victims and frequently visited the house. They are between 53 and 72 years old.
