The goalkeeper, who was aiming for a return to San Lorenzo, will go out on loan again, this time to the Madrid team
In the last few hours the news emerged that Augustus Battle (28) would return to San Lorenzo, but finally River Plate will give it back to Spain, more specifically to Rayo VallecanoThis is pointed out by ‘TyCSports’, which recalls that the goalkeeper played a good role with Granada last season despite the team’s relegation.
Batalla’s contract expired at the end of this year, so he will have to sign his renewal with River Plate before travelling to Europe, which he should do before this weekend. Without the trust of Demichelis or of the new arrival Marcelo Gallardo, Batalla will go to Rayo Vallecano for a year without a fee or an option to buy.
