The professional cyclist had a quality gesture with Ángel David.
Colombia News.
Rigoberto Urán is one of the most beloved cyclists by Colombians, his charisma, spontaneity and people skills make him a complete athlete when it comes to empathizing with his fans.
The man from Antioquia has been very generous with those who have sometimes accompanied him in his demanding training sessions in the mountains of Urrao and he has known how to reward them.
First he went to a peasant who knew how to keep up with him on his professional bicycle while riding a not so conventional one. Seeing the effort and sacrifice of this humble peasant to battle in the race with him, Urán decided to take him to his store. RigoGoRigo and reward him with a bicycle and training clothes.

Now the turn was for a boy who also managed to ride at the same pace as Rigo and Tom Doumolin, another great professional cyclist from the world elite. It happened a couple of days ago on the roads of Sonsón, a municipality located in eastern Antioquia.
There, little 13-year-old Ángel David demonstrated his skills as a good cyclist and ran alongside these sports greats, without getting tired and without rest, something that pleasantly surprised the cyclist born in Urrao 35 years ago.
As a reward for his effort, Urán invited him to his farm in the company of his parents, a very special moment for the boy next to one of his idols.
While at the site, they toured the place, tried some special meals from the restaurant and finally ‘Rigo’ took him to his store to give him uniforms so that he could continue practicing this beautiful sport that has brought so much glory to the country.
«Mijitos, a couple of days ago in Sonsón we ran into this boy on the road, he almost let us go. It’s good to see so much talent in Colombia », he wrote in his networks ‘Rigo’.
Rigoberto Urán’s gesture towards the amateur cyclist child has been applauded on social networks.
