Former congressman Richard Arce questioned the message given by the president peter castle on Friday, April 8 in Puno, who considered that the political crisis facing his government has come to an end.
In this regard, Arce pointed out that the reading of the leader on reality is wrong and what your message will generate is to exacerbate the population to continue demonstrating against the government. Similarly, he argued that trying to deny the current scenario, which is marked by social conflicts and political struggles, is a sign of the head of state’s inability.
“It is a misreading of reality. Even more so knowing the impact of social conflicts. (…) In that sense, the only thing that this type of message will do is exacerbate the population that is demonstrating. To ignore them (sic), to deny reality is a sign of incapacity”, said the former parliamentarian of the Broad Front to La República.

Likewise, Arce Cáceres commented that the crisis not only reaches the Executivebut also to Congress of the Republic, after the spillover of the conflicts in the country. In this sense, he mentioned that, if the commitments and demands of the population are not resolved, social discontent will continue.
“The situation is critical for Castillo and the Congress of the Republic itself. Social conflicts have spilled over. This is going to go on. (…). Unfortunately, this irresponsibility has a political cost“, Held.

On the other hand, former congressman Richard Arce considered that the crisis arises from the ineptitude of peter castle by offering “unreal” measures that generate expectations in citizens. Given this, when asked what would be the solutions that the Government has for this crisis, he replied that the only way that Castillo Terrones would have to face it is to advance the general elections with the consent of Congress. He also alleged that the country is experiencing a “misgovernment” due to questions of corruption against the president.
“What the people are asking for, and they expressed it in the polls, is for everyone to leave. So, if the government understands the magnitude of the crisis of the conflict, it should rather be planning (sic) and agree with Congress to see how they start a process of democratic transition. For me, the Government does not reach July 28”, he pointed out.
