Ricardo Monreal: They cannot accuse me of stealing or having pending accounts

The official told the young students that if they aspire to have any public office, they understand that their task will be to serve the people, not to get rich.

“Do not negotiate your principles, use reasons and arguments, not violence. Beat your adversaries with arguments and reasons,” said the morenista.

Monreal asked, once again, to leave behind the disqualifications and the climate of polarization, to find reconciliation in the country.

Last week, the president of the Political Coordination Board (Jucopo) of the Senate, Ricardo Monreal, said that he is in the process of defining his political future towards 2024 and that the decision he makes will be made without haste or outbursts.

“I have not taken the last word. (…) I have been a public servant for 42 years. Politics is a process that is not precipitated, not carried away, it has rhythms. I pride myself on knowing politics, I have been a public servant for 42 years… I pride myself on knowing the rhythms, although you never know enough, but we are going to design the rhythms without haste and without outbursts”, he highlighted at a press conference from Spain.
