Curitiba’s participation was historic, as she was the first representative of Rhythmic Gymnastics in Brazil to reach a World Cup final.
“Our goal in this competition was to improve our ranking at the 2019 Worlds [31ª colocação]. We knew it was possible. On the first day, we saw that we were doing really well and we thought about the possibility of the final, but we took it one day at a time. Having reached this final was very gratifying”, declared Bárbara, who in 2022 will participate in events such as the Pan-American Championship, stages of the World Cup and the World Cup.
End of 5 balls
Brazil will participate in another final at the Worlds. From 5:30 am (Brasilia time) on Sunday (31), the Brazilian team will dispute the decision in the 5 balls.
