Juan Camila denounced that she had been a victim of sexual harassment and workplace harassment as a Koaj worker in one of her stores, and after her case, more than 20 people between men and women claim to have experienced the same.
“Respond to the complaints of sexual and labor harassment”, are the vast majority of messages that have been left to the brand on its social networks in the last few hours.
Juana Camila decided to expose on her Instagram what happened to her working in one of the Koaj stores.
“So that more workers in this place do not have to experience this, so that the Colombian Attorney General’s Office, the Ministry of Labor and the Attorney General’s Office intervene in this place and this does not continue to happen,” he denounced.
This Monday more cases of former employees of the brand have been known.
They denounce that they experienced similar situations, even long before the pandemic. The complaints are against men in charge or administrators of stores in different parts, the victims are men and women.
