Saint Dominic. Residents of the residential Italy they made a protest burning tires and throwing garbage into the streets, demanding that the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) complete road repair work in the area.
The residents reported that approximately two months ago the MOPC intervened with heavy equipment on Pompeya Street, which, they claim, was in good condition, proceeding to remove the asphalt without the work having been completed so far.

They indicated that the situation has generated serious difficulties for vehicular and pedestrian traffic, due to the presence of holes, constant dust and the accumulation of water when it rains, which aggravates the unhealthy conditions and affects the quality of life of those who reside in the sector.
The community members warned that they will continue to demonstrate if the authorities do not resume and conclude the work in the shortest time possible.
