Residents of Gibara They went out to protest against the blackouts on Saturday night, in a fact that went viral on social networks and was confirmed by the authorities of that town of Holguín.

In this scenario, the blackouts must continue to hit Cubans strongly, affecting the economy and daily life, and fed the understandable social discomfort that has triggered protests such as those on Saturday in Gibara.
