The video surveillance cameras of the Provincial Municipality of Huancavelica captured how at 1:50 p.m. today, the young man, who would be drinking with other people, fell into the tributary, which due to the rains of the time is very loaded.
They immediately activated the rescue alarms and night watchmen, firefighters and police officers arrived to start the search and rescue, a task they carried out for several hours and which became complicated due to the lack of lighting.
