The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, informed that the rescue operation of Venezuelan children separated from their parents in the United States will continue during the month of August. The announcement was made during broadcast number 87 of the “With Maduro+” program.

Parallel actions
During the same program, Maduro mentioned the return of 252 Venezuelan citizens from El Salvador. He indicated that these people were in detention centers and that they were transferred back to the country as part of a diplomatic operation.
“In July we also had great victories, the rescue to give them their families to these 252 kidnapped Venezuelans, missing and tortured in the Nayid Bukele concentration camp,” he said.
The president questioned the immigration policies of the United States and El Salvador, noting that his government will continue to denounce what considers violations of human rights of Venezuelan migrants.
In addition, Maduro referred to the local elections made over the weekend in Venezuela. He indicated that the process was developed calmly and that represents an expression of citizen participation.
He also said that social networks protect Bukele’s criminal actions.
“Because Nayid Bukele’s Nayid Bukele mimed child can not be touched and some networks try to cover him, but he has committed a crime against humanity.”
