The court of the First Judicial Circuit of Panama, did not admit the request for house arrest to the defense of the former director general of Income Luis Cucalón, for not considering it viable, in a hearing this Friday, November 18.

Cucalón was sentenced by the Court, to the penalty of 96 months in prison, for the crime against the public administration, in the modality of embezzlement and corruption of public servants to the detriment of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
