Representatives from 105 countries, including 16 presidents, and 22 international organizations will attend Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo’s inauguration on October 1. The president-elect thanked the president of the United States, Joe Biden, for having a commission from his government, headed by his wife, Jill Biden, attend on her behalf.
The presidents of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez; Bolivia, Luis Alberto Arce Catacora; Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva; Chile, Gabriel Boric Font; Colombia, Gustavo Petro Urrego; Guatemala, Bernardo Arévalo de León; and Honduras, Xiomara Castro Sarmiento, will be present at the ceremony in the Chamber of Deputies.
Vice presidents, foreign ministers and ministers-designate, vice ministers, special envoys and resident and concurrent ambassadors, as well as heads of international organizations have also confirmed their attendance.

Also coming from the confirmed nations are the Prime Ministers of Belize, John Briceño, and of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit, and the Presidents of the Dominican Republic, Luis Rodolfo Abinader Corona, and of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Also present were the head of the Presidential Transitional Council of the Republic of Haiti, Régine Abraham; the presidents of the State of Libya, Mohamed Yunus Al-Menfi, and of Paraguay, Santiago Peña Palacios.
Also, the Prime Minister of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, Bucharaya Hamudi Sidina, and the Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, Philip Joseph Pierre.
Former German President Christian Wilhelm Walter Wulff will be representing German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
Also attending will be four vice-presidents, four heads of legislative bodies, 17 representatives at ministerial level, 10 vice-ministers, special envoys, 10 heads of international organisations and resident and concurrent ambassadors.
