Various users have reported through social networks a massive drop in Transbank payment services. Through Twitter, people reported that they cannot make transfers and, in some cases, wire money.
After the situation, the company responded in the same way that they are indeed “presenting some intermittencies in the service and that we will be reporting any news.”
Other users have reported that they are in supermarkets and cannot pay. “Super overflow cart, I enter the last aisle before reaching the cash register and the loudspeaker sounds: we inform you that there is no Transbank service, only cash payments are accepted,” they comment on Twitter.
Likewise, it is added that ATMs also encounter problems, since people point out that they cannot withdraw their money. At the close of this note (6:18 p.m.), the problems in the service persist.
