If you processed your Identity Document (DNI) and want to change the place of delivery, the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status (Reniec) reminds you that you can carry out this procedure via the web.
It should be noted that it is only valid for procedures carried out in offices and agencies nationwide. To do this, you must follow the following steps:
- Request form as an Affidavit that will be provided at the Reniec office or agency.
- Payment of S/5.00 with the code 02143 (pay it.pe) or 21432 (BCP)
Important
- The change is valid for ID procedures for adults and minors
- In the case of minors, the process is carried out by the declarant
- The change cannot be requested for procedures carried out via the web or for those carried out abroad
- The procedure is carried out at the office or agency where you want to collect the DNI.
